I can not say enough about the service and support I received. Truly professional awesomeness! 
I was in the United States when my hard drive crashed, the operating system was unavailable. I attempted to recover the data through the bios of the system but every attempt failed me, even reformatting the drive, giving up on recovering any data, failed. I was planning on a trip overseas to Taiwan and was recommended to ask this establishment for FuYuan Tech’s assistance. I contacted them from the States and was assured that they would make every attempt to get my data backed up. The Read/Write heads were damaged, which did not even slow down these professionals. I was informed that they placed temporary Read/Write heads in my drive which allowed sufficient time to collect the data and place it on a new external 1TB drive.
